1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with The Printfather — whether online, by phone, by email, or in person — you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions set forth on this page. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not place an order. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer") and The Printfather ("we," "us," "our").

2. Products & Services

The Printfather specializes in professional large-format printing and installation services, including but not limited to:

• Retractable Banners & Pull-Up Stands
• Standees & Life-Size Cutouts
• Vinyl Banners & Step-and-Repeat Backdrops
• Floor Wraps & Floor Graphics
• Window Graphics & Perforated Window Film
• Board Signs & Foam Board Prints
• Yard Signs (Coroplast)
• Table Covers & Table Throws
• Custom Large-Format Print Projects

All products are printed to the specifications submitted by the customer at the time of order. We reserve the right to decline any order that contains content we deem unlawful, offensive, or in violation of third-party intellectual property rights.

3. File Submission & Print Quality

We print exactly what we receive. The Printfather is not responsible for the quality of the final product if the files submitted do not meet professional print standards. By submitting your files and approving your proof, you accept full responsibility for the quality of the output.

• Files must be submitted at a minimum of 150 DPI at full print size (300 DPI preferred for close-viewing products).
• Accepted file formats: PDF, AI, PSD, PNG, JPG, TIFF, EPS. PDF (print-ready) is strongly preferred.
• All fonts must be embedded or outlined. Missing fonts will result in substitution.
• Images pulled from the internet, social media, or screenshots are typically low resolution and will produce poor print quality — we will flag these but ultimately print what is submitted.
• Color mode should be CMYK. RGB files will be converted; slight color shifts may occur and are not grounds for a reprint.
• We are not responsible for color variance between your screen and the final printed piece. Monitors are not calibrated to print standards.
• Bleed, safe zones, and margins are the customer's responsibility. We recommend a minimum 0.125" bleed on all sides.

4. Proof Approval

A digital proof will be provided for your review before production begins on applicable orders. Once you approve your proof — whether in writing, by email, or by clicking "Approve" in our system — production begins immediately and the order is considered final.

Once a proof is approved, The Printfather is not liable for any errors in the approved artwork, including but not limited to: spelling, grammar, punctuation, image resolution, color, layout, or sizing. We print what was approved. If you require changes after approval, additional charges may apply and may delay your order.

5. Return & Cancellation Policy

Once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Print jobs are custom-produced exclusively for each customer and cannot be restocked or resold.

In the event that a job is printed incorrectly due to an error on our part, The Printfather will, at our sole discretion, reprint the job or issue a refund. In either case, the incorrectly printed material may need to be returned to us before a reprint or refund can be processed. No refund will be available for unclaimed items.

6. Turnaround Times

Turnaround times begin after proof approval and receipt of payment — not at the time of order placement. Turnaround options include:

• Standard: 2–4 business days
• Rush (48-Hour): 1–2 business days
• Rush (24-Hour): Next business day
• Same Day: Available for select products when ordered before cutoff time

Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees. The Printfather is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including shipping carrier delays, equipment issues, or natural events. Rush fees are non-refundable once production has begun.

7. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of order. We do not begin production until payment is received and confirmed. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize The Printfather to charge the amount shown at checkout.

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. The price shown at the time of your order is the price you will be charged.

8. Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, logos, images, or any other content to The Printfather for printing, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the legal right to use all submitted content.
• Your content does not infringe on any third-party copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
• You grant The Printfather a non-exclusive license to reproduce your submitted content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

The Printfather is not responsible for any copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-submitted artwork. You agree to indemnify and hold The Printfather harmless from any claims arising from your submitted content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Printfather's liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or event-related losses.

10. Our Commitment to You

We take every order seriously. Our goal is to deliver a product you're proud to display — and we back that with professional-grade equipment, experienced staff, and a genuine commitment to your success. If something goes wrong on our end, we will make it right. We are a faith-based, Black-owned Atlanta business and our reputation is everything to us. 11. Changes to These Terms

The Printfather reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the most current version of these terms. The date of the last update is shown at the bottom of this page.
