Color Quality
To maintain cost efficiency, jobs may be grouped in production. As a result, minor color shifts can occur between the submitted design and the final printed product. The Printfather cannot guarantee color precision and is not responsible for slight variations within the same color family.
Product Size
Due to standardized cutting methods, final product dimensions may vary slightly from the ordered size. Expect up to 1/8”–1/4” difference, which is within acceptable industry tolerance.
Order Quantity
Printed quantities may fluctuate by up to ±10%. This means you may receive slightly more or fewer items than ordered. This variance is standard and does not qualify for refund or reprint.
Turnaround Time
All delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimated. While The Printfather strives to meet deadlines, unexpected press or production issues may affect turnaround times.
Cut Precision
Cutting processes may cause minor alignment shifts. Some items may align perfectly, while others may be slightly off due to paper movement during trimming. This is a common and acceptable outcome in high-volume printing
UV Coating Disclaimer
If you opt out of UV coating on coated papers (such as 12PT, 14PT, or 16PT), The Printfather will not be liable for ink scratching. UV gloss is recommended to protect prints and maintain finish quality.
Return & Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. If a printing error occurs due to our production process, The Printfather may reprint the order or issue a refund at its discretion. Printed items may need to be returned for verification before any resolution is processed.

Unclaimed Orders
Orders not picked up within 60 days will be discarded or recycled. Refunds will not be issued for unclaimed materials.
